活動介紹 Introduction:
早上我們將前往西螺御鼎興醬油，了解醬油製作過程，並親自體驗製麴過程，更加認識雲林傳統醬油。中午時我們會到參觀台灣特有三合土土屋，並親手製作窯烤。下午時我們將前往古坑手作永續竹器植栽，每個人都可以帶回屬於自己的多肉盆栽。
In the morning, we’ll head to Yu-Ding Shing Soy Sauce Brewery in Xiluo, where we’ll discover how traditional soy sauce is made. Everyone will get a chance to roll up their sleeves and try making koji (a key step in soy sauce fermentation) — a fun and unique way to learn more about Yunlin’s food culture!
Around lunchtime, we’ll visit a one-of-a-kind Sanhe-tu earthen house, a special kind of traditional Taiwanese home. There, we’ll get hands-on and try making our own wood-fired baked treats.
In the afternoon, it’s off to Gukeng for a creative and eco-friendly activity! We’ll take part in a DIY bamboo craft and succulent planting workshop — and best of all, everyone gets to bring home their very own handmade potted plant.
