Hung-Chung Li is currently an Assistant Professor at the Undergraduate Program of Intellectual Creativity Engineering at the National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). He has been a postdoctoral research fellow in the Research Center for Information Technology Innovation of Academia Sinica Taiwan. He was awarded his Ph.D. at the Graduate Institute of Applied Science and Technology of National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, 2017. Expert in Color Science, Color Imaging Computer Vision, Digital Image Processing, Image Quality Estimation, Machine Learning, Deep learning, Lighting Engineering, and Ergonomics.
