This corporate visit will take students to explore the Grape King Biotech Company (葡萄王生技公司), where they can gain a deep understanding of the evolution of the biotech industry through professional guided tours. Additionally, through an introduction by the company's HR department, students can further understand the research and promotion work in the biotech industry.
By visiting the Rice Noodle museum in Old pot fram in Hsinchu, students learn the knowledge about Taiwanese traditional food - Rice Noodle and Hakka(客家) culture. Also, they will make the rice noodle, Ang Gu Kueh(紅龜粿) and Cao Zai Kueh(草仔粿) by themselves. Through an introduction to the development of the Hakka culture and food culture, foreign students can gain a deeper appreciation for traditional Taiwanese cuisine and history, allowing them to truly experience the beauty of Taiwan's local culture.
