Please read through "Guidelines for the Implementation of the Taiwanese Language Certification Scholarship of the NUST"
- International degree-seeking students studying in the system (excluding native Chinese speakers);
- Taiwanese language proficiency is required;
- Applicants for the Hokkien/Hakka/Aborigine Language Scholarship shall pass the Chinese language test at the advanced level or above before applying;
- The Chinese Language Certification Scholarship and the Second Taiwanese Language Certification Scholarship can be applied simultaneously;
- Each certification scholarship shall be issued only once. Those who have been subsidized shall not apply for the same language at a lower level than the previous one;
- The subsidy is limited to once per year for the same applicant.

Please prepare
- Photocopy of student ID card;
- Photocopy of Alien Resident Certificate (ARC);
- Photocopy of the bank/post office account’ passbook cover (the account holder and the awardee shall be the same person);
- Photocopy of the language test certificate within 2 years of the application deadline
